Managing Change / Exploring Organizational Change
The Office of Planning and Institutional Assessment can, upon request, consult with and lead workshops for units that are initiating or responding to organizational change.
Topics addressed in the workshop include planning for and managing change, individual and organizational responses to change, and strategies for coping with resistance. The workshop is intended to help academic and administrative units enhance the knowledge and skills needed to create a work environment in which faculty and staff approach change constructively.
