To improve processes and systems used to request, approve, complete, and record changes to locking devices at University Park.

Results: 

   1. Increase customer satisfaction associated with Access Management requests
   2. Increase the effectiveness of the approval process
   3. Produce an OPP manual for Access Management
   4. Have a successful audit completed by the University Access Controller
