Simplify and automate many of the procedural steps in University sourcing events to promote efficiency and consistency.

Results: 

Consistency, efficiency and improvements in the timely processing of Bid Solicitations across all University Units.  Creates a central electronic respository of sourcing event documents, evaluations, and the resulting awards.
