The Team evaluated and documented the current government information processing workflow and made recommendations, some of which have already been implemented, to improve efficiencies and streamline the processes and avoid duplication of effort. The Team investigated a number of issues identified by the sponsors and made recommendations regarding how the Libraries should proceed with regard to those issues, including new initiatives. The Team also identified a number of additional issues that bear further investigation.
The Team made recommendations regarding ways to streamline our workflow for processing government documents. These have been implemented resulting in a more efficient and effective workflow.
