Ensure that all requestors of student data/student system access are knowledgeable of FERPA regulations. Design a web-based training site to improve a requestor’s understanding and awareness of FERPA

ExpectedResults: Access to student data/systems will be granted only upon successful completion of a web-based quiz. Phase 2 will address OUR business practices and policies to ensure FERPA compliance. Will analyze the feasibility of University-wide rollout of the training site and quiz.
