QI issue: to improve the turn-around time for chemistry lab testing results. In an effort to decrease wait time for patients, an overarching goal of University Health Services, the lab personnel want to complete chemistry testing and provide test results to the ordering clinician in a timely fashion.

ExpectedResults: The goal of the project is to complete all patient chemistry testing with results provided to the ordering clinician within one hour 95% of the time.
