This project will provide personal follow-up with all University Park students with an incomplete registration status.

Completed 03/12/03: Compile a complete listing of all notifications from other offices sent to students with incomplete registrations.

Completed 03/18/03: Complete internal planning regarding all procedures for contacting students. This will include when to call, how many times to call, local vs. home number, how to divide up the students, common script, and so on.

Completed 03/19/03: Begin the call process for Spring 2003 supported by a report process with manually recorded notes and comments.

Completed 09/30/03: Implement a technology solution that will improve upon the manually recorded notes and processes for future semesters.
