As part of the Quality Assurance initiative, design, develop and implement an on-line network in which managers can access (electronically) guest feedback on a daily basis through the various methods of assessment: guest surveys, focus group feedback, etc., and generate reports measuring guest satisfaction levels daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually.
