Objective: 
The past fifteen months, there has been a concerted effort in the Student Affairs Research Assessment Office to explore the use of online surveys to obtain feedback in an effort to implement quality planning. Examples include an online Division Staff Satisfaction Survey focusing on staff who provide quality services to students, an online Newspaper Readership survey requesting feedback from a random sample of students at 20 PSU locations, and the 2002 Student Satisfaction online survey for University Park and 19 other PSU campuses.
