To improve the quality of construction projects at non-UP locations by assuring contract compliance and reducing waste through optimization of the inspection efforts.
Desired Results: 

An assigned OPP Project Manager selects the appropriate resource for providing Inspection services for construction projects at non-University Park locations; Those assigned to perform the services will be on or near the site where the inspection is needed

This task will cut the expenses of overnight lodging and meal expenses; The de-centralizing of inspection services will reduce fleet Operations costs

There will be inspector/hours time saved because of less travel time and this time can be re-allocated to other projects in need of Inspectors
