Objective: 
To improve all aspects of patient flow through a General Medicine visit - making an appointment, checking-in, visit, and checking-out.
Desired Results: 

Hired a receptionist to check students in and out; Allowed the nursing staff more time to be involved with patient care; A fifth part-time nurse was hired to alleviate nurses from days of heavy patient flow; Process became more cost effective and streamlined the overall patient flow

The number of patient complaints regarding waiting time decreased from 7 to 5
