Desired Results: 

Parents whose children attend a University Child Care Center now handle payments through the Bursar’s office; Billing was changed from 52 weekly to 12 monthly payments

Parents receive more comprehensive statements about billing information including a receipt of payment; Customer service increased to the parents of children in their program

OHR realized a savings of approximately $14,000 annually from personnel hours saved
