Established reasons why we need to review our services and the need to review our actual evaluation instrument. Outlined the steps of our evaluation process. Critiqued each step in the evaluation process. Made recommendations and implemented changes. Established a timeline for the completion of each step in the evalaution process. Reviewed each item of the SSS evaluation form. Made revisions on items as recommended by the team. Assigned members of the team specific tasks for the successful completion of the project.
