To examine and study to improve the inter-office communications between the various units within the Office of Business Services.

Recommendations:

Establish a Computer/Technology User Group open to all OBS employees.

Open forum meeting or follow-up survey for further discussions and clarification of policies, procedures and practices.

Possible further surveying of unit specific problem areas.

OBS departmental open houses be continued to encourage camaraderie and interoffice communications.

University-wide training sessions covering OBS work unit capabilities and procedures; for example, Printing's Into Print and Travel's Travel Users Group.
