To improve the process for interviewing potential MBA students before making offers in order to increase the quality of students in the program.
Identified skills needed by incoming MBA from a survey of faculty, alumni, & corp. recruiters
Interviews for applicants were proposed but after benchmarking 6 peer programs developed MBA Marketing Plan which included interviews for accepted students
