Quality Advocates: Update on Penn State's ERP Implementation Projects

The presenters will provide an update on Penn State’s three administrative ERP implementation projects:  Project LionPATH which concluded in January of this year and is now transitioning into its next phase: stabilization and initial enhancements, Project WorkLion, currently preparing for deployment later this year, and the project to replace the legacy financial IBIS system which is currently in its early initiation period with a goal of going live with a new system in 2020.
