Please join us for an interactive presentation and Q&A session with our panelists. They will be sharing their experiences and views as academic administrators and well-respected mentors. The session will focus on the value of mentoring, the structural supports that we can create to support mentoring, and the process of identifying and developing internal staff for future leadership positions.
