Nicholas Warcholak is a Senior Planning and Research Associate. He is responsible for conducting institutional research and providing ad hoc support using both quantitative and qualitative information relevant to strategic planning, institutional assessment, and process improvement.
Prior to his current appointment, Nick served as a research assistant working on large-scale assessment projects for government agencies such as Pennsylvania’s Department of Public Welfare and the National Center for Education Statistics. His topic areas of interest include instructional workload, educational assessment, faculty development, and educational technology.
Nick has a Ph.D. and M.S. in educational psychology from Penn State.
